Artful Thursday

It is Artful Thursday again!  Another day to assemble some things I have and create a little art out of it.  I love this challenge.  It had me thinking, that I wanted to do something decorative for Valentine's Day, yet use things I already had on hand.  I printed out some valentine images, gathered some vintage buttons, some vintage forget-me-nots, some sparkly ribbon twine and some adhesive.  I stopped by a little antique store by my house last week and was SO sad to learn that they were going out of business. A few things were half off - so I picked up this little tin jello mold and crafted all of these things together.

I think it turned out so simple and cute.  I placed it in my little sock monkey's hands, which my friend made me for Christmas.
